Carrick & Associates was founded in 1990 by Laurie A. Carrick, Ed.D., to provide coaching and leadership development to leaders of all levels.

Laurie Carrick began with over 12 years of leadership experience from Mobil Oil Corporation with MBA from Drexel University.
